“Look to this day!
For it is life, the very life of life, In its brief course Lie all the truths and realities of your existence: The bliss of growth The glory of action The splendor of beauty, For yesterday is but a dream And tomorrow only a vision, But today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness And every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore, to this day! Look well, therefore, to this day!” Yoga, as a way of life and a philosophy, can be practiced by anyone with inclination to undertake it, for yoga belongs to humanity as a whole. It is not the property of any one group or any one individual, but can be followed by any and all, in any corner of the globe, regardless of class, creed or religion."

Since arriving back in Sedona, I feel like I am again walking along my dharmic path. I haven't missed a yoga class or an opportunity to hike, garden, read, learn, and create since I got back here. I have literally been on cloud 9 since waking up on my first morning home.
The knowledge that all of this is temporary, that some day in May I'll be heading back up north to Voyageur Canoe Outfitters... somehow energizes me. I am truly experiencing each moment as if it were my last and I am eternally grateful for each second. I am so happy to be home with my sweetheart. I am so happy that I am aware of the impermanence of it all. Life is good. :) |

donating = loving
If you find any joy and value in what I do, please consider becoming a Sustaining Patron with a recurring monthly donation of your choosing - between a cup of tea and a good lunch. My intention is to always keep my research found within The Yoga Blog and Journals for My Daughter free (and ad-free). It takes me hundreds of hours a month to sustain. Your support really matters. All proceeds go directly to Isabella, of course. ❤ MONTHLY DONATION
