Prenatal classes offer you a space to connect with others, your baby, and your inner warrior. In this class, you explore nourishing and empowering asanas that strengthen your birthing muscles, reduce your body aches, and ignite your intuition. In addition, each class incorporates breathing techniques (pranayama), and mindfulness exercises historically found helpful in labor—resulting in a feeling of trust and confidence in yourself.
Prenatal Yoga is suitable for all levels. A doctor's permission is required. |
Postnatal classes offer you a space to unwind and take care of yourself. In this class, nourishing yet strengthening asanas are combined with mindful breathwork, resulting in quicker physical recovery and a more grounded sense of self. Physically, the class focuses on healing and strengthening deep core muscles, relieving back pain, and supporting the pelvic floor. Mentally, the lesson concentrates on boosting intuition and processing the emotions, memories, and experiences that arise with parenthood. Postnatal Yoga is open to all postnatal mothers who have received a doctor's permission.
