I watched this video yesterday morning and thought to myself:
1) Her transition choices are so lovely, I'd like to try them...
2) I wish I had a spine that flexible, maybe I ought to work on that...
3) How could I add hip openers to this sequence.
4) This is a lovely practice. I'm glad she shared.
