About Private Yoga Classes
In Person Private Yoga classes include everything you'll need, such as a yoga mat, a blanket, an eye pillow, essential oils/aromatherapy, bespoke teaching, possible reiki and massage, killer playlists, hot herbal tea, and my full attention.
What's more, regardless of the time you can invest in yourself, you will still walk away with a taste of the energetic benefits of one day within a Sadhana 5-Day Workshop. After class you will be given: a bottle of that lesson's essential oil, a recording of our time together, incense, a bespoke playlist, a yoga philosophy workbook, a printed Kriya Yoga lesson relevant to your journey, and a renewed sense of lightness. Everything you need to continue your practice on your own.
After paying for your class, I will be in touch immediately to schedule our time together.
The classes I offer are founded on the principles of Kriya & Vinyasa Yoga – where movement is coordinated with breath and intention. Every class is well-rounded: following the mandala of the body and asanas – to create whole body transformation of strength and fluidity, circulation, and centering. My empathic style, depth of experience, and relaxed and grounded presence allow for a deeper, more intuitive exploration of the yoga asanas (yoga postures). Sessions will lead you to develop greater consciousness and strength, help you de-stress your body and mind, and alleviate health issues; all these will come with consistent practice. You will receive several options for yoga asanas (poses), with and without props, making the lessons versatile and bespoke for your body.
