Welcome to the Ashley Cruz Yoga, LLC ("Ashley Cruz Yoga ") website!

Ashley Cruz Yoga's website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website ") is an intelligent tool that challenges people to live fulfilling lives by providing members of all skill levels: (1) high-quality movement classes, (2) educational materials about health and wellness, and (3) a community of people interested in living their true potential. The Website is owned by Ashley Cruz Yoga.

These Terms & Conditions of Use (this "Agreement ") apply to (1) all of the products, services, and websites offered by Ashley Cruz Yoga, including, but not limited to, the Website; (2) mobile, tablet, internet television, or other digital or electronic versions of the Ashley Cruz Yoga video streaming platform; (3) any Ashley Cruz Yoga software; and (4) any applications created by Ashley Cruz Yoga whether available through a social networking site or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively, the "Service "). Please note that the availability of any Ashley Cruz Yoga applications on a social networking site, mobile or tablet device, internet television, or other technology platform does not indicate any relationship or affiliation between Ashley Cruz Yoga and such social networking site, mobile or tablet device, or internet television or other technology platforms.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: This Agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a “Visitor“ (which means that you simply browse the Service) or you are a “Member“ (which means that you have registered on the Website as a user). If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you should leave the Website and discontinue use of the Service immediately. We will post a notification on the Service in the event of any material changes to this Agreement. Such changes, whether in the form of modifications, additions, or deletions, shall be effective when specified in the relevant notification or, if the change is immaterial, immediately upon appearing on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following our posting of any changes to this Agreement means that you accept those changes.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and Ashley Cruz Yoga agree that any dispute between us (including disputes against any agent, employee, subsidiary, affiliate, predecessor in interest, successor, or assign of the other) relating to (1) the Service; (2) any transaction or relationship between us resulting from your use of the Service; (3) the purchase, order, installation, or use of the Service; or (4) communications between us, will be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration and the arbitration decision may be enforced and judgment entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Ashley Cruz Yoga further agree that this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and not by any state law concerning arbitration. You and Ashley Cruz Yoga further agree that any determination regarding the applicability, enforceability, or validity of this arbitration agreement will be made by the arbitrator, not by any court. By agreeing to this arbitration agreement, you are giving up your right to go to court, including, but not limited to, your right to a jury trial. In arbitration, a dispute is resolved by a neutral arbitrator or panel of arbitrators rather than by a judge or jury. Arbitration is more informal, however; an arbitrator can award the same relief that a court can award. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA“) and conducted under AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (collectively, the “AAA Rules“), then in effect at the time of the dispute. You may obtain copies of the AAA Rules and forms and instructions for initiating arbitration by visiting the AAA website at or by calling AAA at (800) 788-7879. If, for any reason, the AAA is unavailable, the parties shall mutually select another arbitration forum. Any arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis, and any claim shall not be arbitrated as a class action, in a purported representative capacity, or brought as a private attorney general. The arbitrator shall have no authority to (1) consolidate more than one person’s claims against Ashley Cruz Yoga; (2) preside over any kind of representative or class proceeding against Ashley Cruz Yoga; or (3) award any kind of class-wide relief. You acknowledge that this class action waiver is material and essential to the arbitration of any disputes between the parties and is non-severable from the agreement to arbitrate claims. If any portion of this class action waiver is limited, voided, or cannot be enforced, then the parties’ agreement to arbitrate shall be null and void. You understand that by agreeing to this class action waiver, you may only bring claims against us in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class representative, or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. If you do not agree to this arbitration agreement and class action waiver, you must tell us in writing and not use the Service.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER: Physical exercise, in all of its forms and with or without the use of equipment such as blocks, straps, or any other equipment that may be suggested by an Ashley Cruz Yoga instructor, is a strenuous physical activity. Accordingly, you are urged and advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any physical exercise regimen, routine, or program or using any suggested equipment shown in any of the video clips on the Service. Ashley Cruz Yoga is not a medical organization, and its instructors or staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. All suggestions and comments relating to the use of equipment, poses, moves, and instruction are not required to be performed by you and are carried out at your election while viewing Ashley Cruz Yoga videos. Nothing contained in the Service should be construed as any form of such medical advice or diagnosis. By using the Service, you represent that you understand that physical exercise involves strenuous physical movement and that such activity carries the risk of physical or mental injury. You understand that you are responsible for judging your physical and mental capabilities for such activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in classes, courses, programs, and activities from Ashley Cruz Yoga, you will not exceed your limits while performing such activities. You will select the appropriate activity level for your skills and abilities and any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have. You understand that instructors may suggest physical adjustments or the use of equipment from time to time, and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested adjustment or equipment is appropriate for your level of ability and physical and mental condition. You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against Ashley Cruz Yoga or any person or entity involved with Ashley Cruz Yoga, including without limitation its directors, principals, instructors, independent contractors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates and representatives. You agree to take responsibility for your own experience and honor your energy. At your first class, you are asked to fill out a ‘Personal History/Body Map Form’ and a ‘Waiver’ and sign it. Let me know about any physical limitations, and communicate ahead of time if you need extra support. Make sure you ‘go’ at your own pace, even if your classmates inspire you to do more.

You agree that Ashley Cruz Yoga may use such photos for promotional, educational, and informational purposes without any compensation for you. You understand that late entry will not be allowed. The studio door is closed at the beginning of each class for security reasons. Therefore, you agree to arrive at least five minutes before class.

MEMBERSHIP FEES: You agree to register before each class and to make payment before or at the time of registration. All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors. You understand that prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits. You agree that all purchases are final. Ashley Cruz Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, or extensions on services, workshops, or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 1) Regarding early cancellations (up to 4 hours before start of class): You can cancel ONLINE class bookings only up to 4 hours in advance. If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. 2) Regarding late cancellations (within 4 hours of start of class): We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 4 hours of the class start time, the class will not be credited back to your pass or refunded. For unlimited pass holders, late cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge of £9 per session. This will be charged to the card that your pass payment is taken from. In-person classes require 24 hours notice of cancellation or the class will not be credited back to your pass or rescheduled. As mentioned before, all purchases are final and can not be refunded. We require that you sign into class a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time your space will be opened up to allow drop ins. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the class has started, you may not be able to attend the class and this may be treated as a late cancellation.

ON FREEZING YOUR PASS/MEMBERSHIP: We understand that nature and life sometimes requires rest or adventure. You are welcome to freeze your pass one time and up to 30 days.
