All you will need to do at the time of our session is relax as comfortably as you can while intending to receive in the comfort of your own home. You can choose to have a session with a video consult or one that is free of any technology. Please feel free to email with any questions ahead of booking. Our tech-free session is our most popular one. You can simply relax, attune to your deeper self, and receive the healing energy transmission at the time of your session. This is wonderful if you are struggling with sleep disturbances or stress. You will receive a text at the beginning and then again at the end of your treatment to minimise screen time. An email is sent upon booking with further instruction to help you get the most of your session, along with a link to our playlist. Online sessions are the better choice if you would like to connect and have a dialogue before your treatment.
